Course on living with sight loss - from Action for Blind People - UK

eye3'We know that losing some, or all, of your sight can be very distressing and have a big effect on your life. People tell us that they struggle with a range of emotions from shock, anger, sadness and frustration, to depression and grief. This is quite normal and understandably coping with these emotions can be very difficult.

'That's why we run a community based course for people affected by sight loss. Delivered in partnership with local and national organisations, it is designed to address the emotional impact of sight loss and increase levels of confidence in order to overcome challenges relating to mobility and everyday living.'
