Multi professional working: how the efficacy of integrated teams is impacted by, and how team dynamics impacts upon, individual professional experiences. Can you help with this research?

This project aims to explore the experiences of different people working within a multi professional team supporting children and young people 

This research will try to understand how different professionals perceive their own role within a multi professional team and what barriers they may have faced when working with other professionals.  It aims to uncover whether hierarchies sometimes exist within teams, how and why these may form and how this impacts on those professionals at the margin of the group. 

It is hoped that the findings can be translated into information and guidance for staff, as well as academic research papers.
