Transition, dual sensory loss, life-limiting condition - can you help?

Alstrom Syndrome UK are looking to provide additional support to our young people who are living with a complex and progressive condition.

Although this effects all of our young people, we are currently focussing on developing the transition process for our young adults. Coming to terms with a life-limiting condition and living with a dual sensory loss is extremely difficult and requires specialised interventions.
