The helpline is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am – 3pm and will offer you the support you need. Answer machine available at all times.
Being able to chat to someone who understands what you're going through can be a lifeline.
You will be able to talk to an NCT volunteer who has had a similar experience to you and has some understanding about what you're going through. We will also be able to point you in the right direction for further support from other relevant organisations.
