Our 2015 conference will take place on Monday 16 November 2015 at St Joseph’s Hospice, Mare Street, London, E8 4SA. The theme for this year will be carers and family carers, the day will be chaired by Dr Noelle Blackman with a keynote presentation from Baroness Sheila Hollins.
