Offer from England’s Council for Disabled Children about wider engagement
An opportunity for children to share with government their views on special educational needs and disability issues
From Newsletter:
“Following the success from our initial wider engagement last year, the Council for Disabled Children are opening up expressions of interest for a second series of wider engagement.
“Making Participation Work is delivering a series of wider engagement with seldom heard disabled children and young people, and children and young people with special educational needs. It is an opportunity for them to share with the government their views on a special educational needs and disability issue that is important to them.
“The Council for Disabled Children will come and deliver a focus group with your group on a pre-agreed topic. We will share the findings of the focus group with you and with the Department for Education."
