Two-day workshop on: Attachment Relationships and Special Needs. This two-day workshop is available to families of children with special needs and challenging behaviour and any professionals working with this group of families.

The workshop will:
Explore the importance of attachment relationships in addressing challenging behaviour for both the families of children with special needs and the professionals working with families.
Draw on the work of FABLE in supporting families to address the challenging behaviour of children with special needs. Using the ‘FIVE TO THRIVE’ model.
Brings key messages from current neuroscience for early intervention and positive parenting.
Show the importance of placing the child and the support relationships around the child at the centre of any intervention.
Identify how to create an attachment aware environment that helps to promote growth and resilience for both the child and the adult.
